Our Story
Born from culture.
Crafted with intention.
SE7EN was founded in 2025 by four women who saw a gap at the intersection of premium spirits and cultural authenticity. We create agave spirits that speak to bold drinkers who value quality, story, and experience in every glass.
Our flagship expressions are produced in Jalisco, Mexico with a distillery partner that has produced authentic agave spirits for generations.
SE7EN isn't just a spirit. It's a cultural movement.

Rooted where agave spirits began.
Every SE7EN expression comes from a single place and a single standard. We work with a distillery partner whose family has made agave spirits for generations, and we keep the process close to the people who built it.
- Distilled and bottled in Jalisco, Mexico
- A distillery partner with generational agave experience
- Agave spirits made for drinkers who value quality, story, and experience
- Built by four women who saw the gap and closed it
Four founders. One standard. A lineup built for people who want more from the bottle than a label.
